We do not allow any media which is against the moral, religion, racial or politic ways, pirate software, malice, untruth, obscenity, disparagement media, video clip or any forms of music which contains in NetdesignHost Co.,Ltd reserves an absolute right to delete the data without any prior notice and immediately cancel the service without any service fee reimbursement or compensation.

2. We will not be responsible for any damage that causes of unavailable domain name or damaging or losing of data. The client has no right to claim any damage from NetdesignHost Company.

3. The client maintains an absolute right terminated the service by notify NetdesignHost Company by e-mail, fax or telephone with the username and password. If the service was terminated before the due date, the client has no right to reimburse any service fee from NetdesignHost Company.
