Dedicate Server is a service for the customer with own personal website, with all-usable resource, no resource sharing with other websites as shared Web Hosting. This is suit for the customer who needs stability and privacy application.
They can also remote into server to admin by their own. If the software or hardware problems were occurred, NetdesignHost staffs will be responsible for solving problem including OS installation and any required programs.

 24 Hours Monitoring : All settled servers will be added into monitoring system for 24 hours investigation. If any problems occurred,
our staffs will inform customer by a quick call.
Rack Server : Each NetdesignHost servers will be installed with a space between 1 U-sized servers, both upside and downside
for well-ventilated atmosphere.
This will reduces cause of hardware problem.
Reset Server: Customer will obtain own username and password to login the system. This is in order to sending e-mail directly to
CS Loxinfo engineer at the data center and resetting is should be performed within 20 minutes. Without connection through NetdesignHost staffs,
the resetting processes are faster.
Server Dell : Our chosen server is Brand Server from Dell which is especially designed for all 24 hours usage and excellent ventilation.
For any hardware problems, the Dell supporting team with spare parts will repaired it at data center (On Site Service) without any server moving.
Data Transfer Unlimited : NetdesignHost Company cooperated with CS Loxinfo Company in serving extra bandwidth both domestically
and internationally. Therefore we can fully serve the customer in part of bandwidth and guarantee that there is no bandwidth squeezing.
